TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Besides the Breakdown call the service Engineer will carry out The Preventive Maintenance of the UPS
However any misused or missing parts in the UPS System will Not be covered under this Annual Maintenance Contract.
Shifting of the UPS Should be informed to us in advance.
Our routine checkup will be 12 time in year.
Shifting of the UPS System and re commissioning of the same Will be done on nil payment basis.
Repair / Replacement of the Batteries does not cover under This Annual Maintenance contract.
Any changes in the type of load, addition of load in the Equipments connected to the UPS should be carried out on Receipt of a written confirmation from the manifested. Failure To do so would make the contract of AMC null and avoid.
Services will be provided either by the Company directly or Through its appointed service franchis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SCOPE	:	The input/output cabling and associates Switch Gear/Distribution Board will be in the scope of the customer E 7 CPSPL Will supply the inter connecting cables between UPS & Batteries.
DELIVERY	:	F.O.R. Destination with in one week from the date of your firm order.
PAYMENT	:	70% Advance 30% After delivery.
VALIDITY	:	10 days
GUARANTEE	:	Two years against any manufacturing Defects from the date of Installation for UPS.
VAT	:	4.0% against [extra]
INSTALLATION & COMMISIONG	:	At free cost (within city limit)
SERVICE CONTRACT & SUPPORT	:	The equipment would be maintained by us even after the Elapse of guarantee under Annual Maintenance Contract Scheme. The cost of all inclusive of maintenance per year would be at 10% on the cost of the equipment. Services are support (24 hours) online service.
